Who We Are

After working within the NDIS sector, I saw firsthand how traditional rostering and timesheet systems often fall short of meeting the unique needs of disability service providers. Many platforms lack the flexibility, clarity, and accessibility required to support a workforce that operates across diverse locations, shifting schedules, and individual client requirements. Driven by a desire to make a real difference in the sector, I began developing Rosterem—a purpose-built rostering solution designed specifically to meet the operational demands of NDIS support work.

Rosterem is a solo developer passion project, focused on creating intuitive, efficient, and compliant tools for organisations and support workers alike. By streamlining scheduling, simplifying timesheets, and aligning with NDIS workflows, the platform aims to reduce administrative overhead and allow providers to focus on delivering high-quality support to participants.
